    Yoga Asanas for Firm Breasts

    Hey Guys,

These Asanas make breasts firmer and also give a shape to them.

Yoga is a great way to tone up chest muscles and tone up the breasts. Particularly the yoga asana that focus on working against gravity are great for uplifting breasts, as they oppose or combat the gravitational force which pulls the breasts downward. These yoga asanas strengthen the pectorals and build your chest muscles thus giving an impression of developed and toned breasts. They stimulate the breasts to restore any lost elasticity and gain firmness through stimulation of glands and strengthening of pectoral muscles. Yoga also helps in correcting the body posture. A proper posture can make saggy breasts look firmer and uplifted.

    BHUJANGASANA (COBRA POSE)

Lie on your stomach with forehead touching the ground and just relax. Then place your hands (palm side down) on the floor underneath your shoulders. Keep the legs together (try to keep your heels as close as possible).

Inhale and slowly lift your upper torso up off of the ground-like cobra raising its hood. As you bend the vertebrae gradually straighten your arms to assist the raising chest.

Keep the pelvis, legs and feet on the ground. While lifting your upper body look forward and then along with the bend look upward, stretching your neck. Hold this posture for 15 seconds or as long as you are comfortable. Avoid overarching your neck and lower back.

This pose really stretches and strengthens the chest and also makes the butt firm

    USTRASANA (CAMEL POSE)

Start with Sitting in vajrasana (Indian style). Stand on your knees with hands on the side of the thighs. Make sure the knees are hips apart from each other and the soles of your feet are facing upward, toenails touching the floor.

Lean backward; slowly reach out for the right heel with your right hand and then the left heel with your left hand; touch the heel with the base of the palm with finger pointing towards the toes, but remember to do this one hand at a time.

Push your abdomen forward, keeping your thighs vertical, and bend your head and spine backwards as far as you are comfortable. Do not strain. Support your body weight using your arms and legs, and try to relax into the stretch.

Slowly release the hands from the heels one at a time to return to the starting position. Hold in this position for 20 seconds and repeat 3 to 5 times, gradually increasing the time.

    VRIKSHASANA (TREE POSE)

To do this asana, stand straight with your knees erect and palms by the side. Slowly lift the right leg and fold it at the knee. Bend the leg inwards and place the right heel, as high as you could, on the inside of the left thigh.

In this process, make sure that you donít lose your balance. While doing this, take support of your right hand to place the right feet on the left thigh. Join both the palms and place it near your chest.

Slowly raise the joined hands upwards till it reaches above your head. The hands may be slightly folded at the elbows. Stand erect as much as possible without losing your balance.

Look ahead and relax your muscles. Breathe normally.

Lower both your hands and slowly lower your right leg using the right hand if required.

Repeat this posture by now raising the left leg. This Tree Pose involves stretching of the chest muscles that tone up the muscles of the breast.

    GOMUKHASANA (COW POSE)

    DWIKONASANA (DOUBLE ANGLE POSE)

    SURYANAMASKAR (SUN SALUTATION)

In women, Suryanamaskar stimulate the chest muscles making them more firm and toned.

Yoga Asana really helps in enhancing and toning the whole body. After practicing yoga daily you will notice that you are not just losing weight but getting toned as well To get a sexy figure eat healthy home cooked meals and practice yoga asanas and pranayams daily
