    Health Benefits of Jumping Rope

    Burn calories
    The simple way for weight loss is to burn more calories than consumed. You can easily achieve weight loss by doing this calorie busting cardio activity. Jumping rope for about one hour helps you to burn up to 1000 calories. Several muscles like abs, back, glutes, chest, shoulders and arms are involved to perform skipping rope exercise which makes this activity a highly effective exercise for weight loss. Beginners should begin with a shorter goal like 10 minutes only and then increase the time slowly.

    Jumping rope improves the cardiovascular fitness almost like running or jogging. The action of jumping increases the heart rate which strengthens the cardiac & lung and makes them healthy.     This sounds great and I think this work out is similar to exercisingand besides exercising every day is boring.
