    Facial Exercises for Jawline!!

    • Sit upright Posture and look up to the ceiling.
    • Once in this position, Pout your lips as tight as you can possibly do it.
    • Hold the position for 5 seconds and relax.
    • Repeat this Process 5 times daily.

    • While sitting or standing up, Point backwards & open your mouth Gently.
    • While in this position, Pout your tongue out and try to touch your chin with it.
    • Hold this posture for 5 seconds and repeat it for five times daily.

    • Keep your hands below your jawline or at your upper neck. Then, half open your mouth.
    • Try to keep this position while trying to twist the sides of your mouth downwards, as if you're Scowling...
    • This will Pout your facial muscles and give you a pretty good workout for your jawline.

    • Sit in front of a mirror, and keep your back straight.
    • Raise your right hand, take it closer to your jaw, and hit it with the backside of the hand.
    • Do this as fast as you can for about 30 times a day.

    • Place 3 fingers of your right hand under your lips.
    • Drag your lips down with the help of the fingers.
    • Do this exercise 10 sets of 10 repetitions.
    • It will help in tightening the chin muscles.

    • Stand in front of mirror & pout your lips (as if you are about) to kiss someone.
    • Hold this position for about 5 seconds.
    • Now after Relaxing that position, Smile as big as you can.
    • Hold this position for about 3 seconds.
    • Repeat for at least 20 to 30 times, twice a day.
    • DO this into a room where you get some privacy.
