    Exercise pannathavanga kooda pannanum oru temptation varum intha thread partha.

    I do for atleast 15 minutes per day:

    I do breathing exercise.
    Cycling about 50 times by lying straight position, this reduces my tummy.
    bending down about 15 times,
    jumping about 100 times.

    We have to do regular exercise to maintain our body weight & to stay flexible.

    Feel awesome after exercising. I exercise 5 days a week, 45 minutes a day. 20 minute of Cardio daily (Running, cycling and cross trainer), 10 minutes for tummy exercise and 15 minutes of weight training.

    வெறும் வாக்கிங் மட்டும் செஞ்சாலோ இல்லை cycling செஞ்சாலோ தொப்பை குறையாது. தொப்பை குறைய கண்டிப்பா exercise செய்யணும் அப்ப தான் குறையும்.

    இப்ப வெயில் காலமா இருக்கிறது நால டெய்லி பண்ண கஷ்ட்டமா இருக்கு.

    I walk around 4.5kms every late evening. If it rains heavily I do restrict to 2 kms, but I rarely miss my walks.

    I do exercises for about half an hour daily. It keeps me in shape and active.

    I lift many things, and walk lots.

    I consider myself physically fit, but often LionMan simply just relies on his natural physical abilities...

    Hi friends
    I have one doubt. I had pain in my knee and in foot for past 1 year. Doctor told me that my muscles are weak. He suggested some exercise for both problem. I am doing exercise for past 10 days. he told my muscles and knee ligaments are weak, If I lift some heavy objects, I have low back pain. To strengthen my muscles and knee what can I practice,? Can I go to yoga or gym. But in yoga, I cannot sit in bathmasanam. Doctor told not to sit in land because of my weak ligament. If I go fitness centre, continuously we have to do know. If we stop, we will gain more weight. What can I do friends. Plz suggest some idea for my problem.
