    Do you exercise regularly?

    Friends

    Exercise is important for lot of reasons. please share what type of exercise you will do? How much time you will do? and also the benefits of that exercise.

    Nice Ramm! Yup Nan Yoga Class Porathe Perusu Ithil Exercises ah?? But Skipping Pannuven - En Thambi Ennai tease Pandrappo,, Veerappaa oru 1 Week Pannuven Hehehe..

    Then Asanas Seiven Class Poranaala.. Athilum Shanthi Asana En Fav

    Hi ramya,

    Nice thread.

    daily atleast 15 min pranayama and 20 min cycling .10 min brisk walk
    Pranayama relax mind.
    cycling reduces butt and tummy as i am working i will more weight on these areas.
    brisk walk energetic to whole body.walking is just lifting your body and keep moving.i will set target atleast i should overtake 10 people atleast while walking .help me lot in keeping me energetic whole day.

    This thread make me feeling guilty. I learned Vethathri Maharishi's simple Exercise & Aasanaas. But I am not doing it :(

    Yoga is best for healthy heart and body. ithu pothume... ethavathu onnu regulara seiyanum athu thaan imp... naan yoga regularla senjittu irunthen ippa seirathu illa...

    ப்ரண்ட்ஸ் நான் டெய்லி 20 min cycling and 10 min உடற்பயிற்சி செய்வேன்.

    30 தடவை நல்லா குனிஞ்சு தரையை தொடுவேன் இதனால இடுப்பை சுற்றியும், அடி வயிறிலும் வெயிட் போடாது.

    அப்புறம் ஒரு இருபது தடவை படுத்து எழுந்து கால் விரல் தொடும் பயிற்சி செய்வேன்.அப்புறம் ரெண்டு காலையும் தூக்கி மேல கொஞ்ச நேரம் வச்சிருப்பேன் இது தொப்பையை தடுக்கும்.

    அப்புறம் thumbles வச்சு excercise செய்வேன் இது கைல அதிகபடியான வெயிட் போடாம இருக்க வைக்கும்.

    அப்புறம் ஒரு நூறு தடவை குதிப்பேன் அது ஸ்டாமினக்காக.

    Tumbles வீட்ல இல்லைனா ஒரு half லிட்டர் வாட்டர் பாட்டில் எடுத்து அதுல வாட்டர் fill பண்ணிட்டு அதை வச்சு exercise பண்ணலாம்.

    வெறும் வாக்கிங் மட்டும் செஞ்சாலோ இல்லை cycling செஞ்சாலோ தொப்பை குறையாது. தொப்பை குறைய கண்டிப்பா exercise செய்யணும் அப்ப தான் குறையும்.

    இப்ப வெயில் காலமா இருக்கிறது நால டெய்லி பண்ண கஷ்ட்டமா இருக்கு.
