    Question Puffy Eyes

    • Slice a raw Potato and circle the closed eyes with these halves. Or else grate a raw Potato and place on clean cloth and squeeze. Place these on the eyes and relax for 15-20 minutes.
    • Place cotton pads dipped in chilled milk before boiling on the eye lids while relaxing for 10-15 minutes.

Avoid eating salty foods right before going to sleep. Experts found out that salt tends to hold on to two times more water molecules. Exercise will help your overall circulation, including your renal circulation and will aid in the elimination of water.

Cucumber slices are an excellent cure. Slice some cucumber and place it over the eyes.

Cucumber in itself doesn’t have any magical ingredients that help reduce the puffiness. It is the large percent of water that cucumber is composed of that helps.

One other thing that helps is chamomile tea bag. In this case, you will need two tea bags. Prepare tea with them, and then pull them out and leave on the side until they cool down. You could also place them in a fridge to cool them down even more. Place them over the eyes.

Massage with almond oil at bed time daily for 2 weeks. Applying it daily will reduce dark circles and puffiness around the eyes
