Winzip can be used to split files,

Please follow the steps here to split the files:

  1. Put the file(s) in a folder
  2. Right click the folder and select Winzip -> Add To Zip
  3. In the "Split Zip File" dropdown list select "Other Size"
  4. In the box "Other size" Type "2" or whatever you need and select MB from the right side list box
  5. Now click the "Add" button
  6. Now a zip file with some more files with extension as .z01 .z02 .z03 etc... are generated according to the size of the files
  7. Upload all files generated (i.e. files with .z01, .z02 etc and .zip)
