    1.First of all when you are all about to start working out at gym, visit to a fitness doctor.

    Check everything that every part of body is not damaged or can cause of damage.

    Get tips from doctor.

    Go the gym and find a Personal Trainer for find a Training partner,who can help you in your sets.

    Than make a chart of working out Routines.

    Exercise and Fitness Tips:

    From the first don't live too much heavy,start lifting heavy slowly and with the time.Don't life heavy in starting days.This act can harm your muscles.

    Before Working Out make sure that you have stretched your body and muscles properly.Warm up for 10 or 15 minutes.

    Make one day off from Gym and do rest all the day so your hormones in the can prepare properly for your next weak.

    Take Photos of your before body and after some months take more.This thing can motivate you to work more hard

    After a few days, go to a Massage Center and have a good and deep Massage of your whole body and muscles.

    Fitness and Food


    1 You’ll need to eliminate all processed, packaged foods over the next four weeks to help kick-start your liver, the main channel of detoxification.

    2 Make sure to eat at regular intervals. You should eat three meals plus two snacks, one mid-morning and one mid-afternoon to avoid blood sugar dips.

    3 Avoid caffeinated and fizzy drinks. Swap tea and coffee for decaffeinated versions and sip on herbal teas including green tea, fennel tea and nettle.

    Increase your intake of water to a minimum of two litres a day. Liven up water by adding slices of cucumber or a squeeze of liver-boosting lemon.

    4 Avoid eating meals in front of the computer or TV and try to concentrate on what you’re eating, taking a break in between bites.

    5 Allow yourself one treat each week. Choose from a small glass of red wine, a small bar of dark or raw chocolate, lemon sorbet or a small pot of frozen yoghurt.

    Pilates Wall Workout

    Tighten and tone every inch using nothing but a wall

    Marching Bridges

    Begin lying on your back with both feet flat on the wall and knees bent. Press against the wall with your feet, and slowly curl your butt and lower back up off the floor until you are in a bridge position.

    Hold at the top, and lift each foot off the wall one at a time, as if you are marching, for a count of 10. Roll down through your spine to finish; that’s one rep.

    Repeat for 10 reps.

    Stand sideways to the wall, with your left hip toward the wall.

    Bend your left knee, lifting the foot behind you, so that you are standing on your right leg.

    Press the left knee into the wall strongly, keeping your hips and pelvis square.

    Hold for a count of 10.

    Repeat 5 times, then switch sides.

    Shoulder Shrugs

    Stand facing the wall at an arm-and-a-half length away from it. Place your palms flat on the wall directly in front of your shoulders in a push-up position.

    Keeping your arms straight, slide your shoulder blades together, letting your body shift slightly forward. Then press the wall away, widening your shoulder blades away from each other.

    Repeat 10 times.

    TURN YOUR WALK INTO A WORKOUT

    Walking at least 30 minutes every day can help you burn up fat and lead to weight loss. This is because aerobic exercise increases the amount of enzymes contained in our muscles. More enzyme activity in our muscles means more efficient use of oxygen which, in turn, burns up fat more quickly.

    Where to start: Leave the car at home.

    Amount of calories burnt in one hour: From 220 walking at a moderate pace.

    Forward Bend Back Leg Lift

    Stand facing the wall and bend forward until your upper body is parallel to the floor.

    Keeping your back flat, press your palms against the wall. Raise your right leg up behind you until it’s parallel to the floor (or as high as you can). Lower the leg halfway down toward the floor, then lift it up again.

    Perform 20 leg lifts on each side.
