    Willing to Loose Weight

    I do go for exercise but, not able to resist food? People started calling me fatty aunty. I have tried many supplements but somebody told me that only natural supplements are safe please suggest something?

    Hi @Sanav30,

    Welcome to Penmai!

    Exercise with strict food helps to lose weight lot. dont lost hope!
    Yes natural supplements help but dont go for protein powder like substances. You can take foods like below,
    1. Sundal
    2. Badam
    3. Lots and lots of Fruits & Veggies
    4. Water (3-4 liters per day)


    First and foremost dont starve to reduce weight most of them think that starving best way to reduce but they will lose their mind of lossing weight and give up the deal. Eat till your tummy is fully but with healthy foods only.

    I read your post..try adding more wheat in your diet as it burns the extra calories it really works

    Nothing tough, loose some fatty oil from your food. Be regular to exercise and do yoga as well.

    Nothing much you needs to do. Just do one thing use less fat - oily food.

    Hi Rudhra, if want to reduce ur weight first reduce white rice and have fiber content vegetables and fruits.. Fiber helps to reduce ur weight.. Have Millet, ragi and juice... drink more water and take a walk in the morning or in ur free time

    Hey dear,

    What I would like to recommend you is that you should try going to a clinic and get rid of your fats at once. I know a clinic in Mumbai called Prettislim Clinic and they have their various in Mumbai itself. I got ,my treatment done from Prettislim itself. I lost 30 cm from tummy and I feel so good about it. The doctors are great at work and the staff there is also very good there. You should once with this clinic!
