We all have a terrible back pain at some point in our lives. Popping the pill is not a good idea for regular wear and tear. Try these stretches instead.

Upper Back!

1. Sit or stand tall with your back straight. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as hard and far as possible effortless. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times.

2. Gently arch backwards with your hands behind your neck and look up towards the ceiling until you feel a mild to moderate stretch effortlessly.

3. Hands behind your neck, gently bend forwards allowing your elbows to move towards your thighs. GENTLE and easy.

4. Gently bend to one side with your hands at the back of your head, moving your elbow towards your hip until you feel the stretch. Do not lean forwards.

5. With your arms across your chest, gently rotate to one side.Keep your legs still.
