    Check with any Gynaecologist.
You may need to check Progesterone, & other hormone levels.
It may help even for TTC.
I'll get back to you after consulting other Gynaecologists here.

    Hi prema sis,
Thank You for your reply. Sorry for the late reply. I changed my gynaecologist and scanned once again. I was told that I'm having typical pcod. Now my doctor has prescribed metformin and folic acid tablets. I will be visiting my doctor after 3 more months of ttc. I am taking medicines for 2 weeks . I'll get back if any change in my cycles. Thank You for your concern.

    Hi sis
i am 49 years old. I have a heel pain in left leg. Sometimes I feel the left heel portion is very hard. The pain starts from hip at left side only. While I move from sitting position to standing position i could not stand and move immediately. The pain is sometimes like pinching pain. Is this because of calicium defeciency or something else. Pl. reply me if you can.

    Hi Janu
Sorry for the very very late reply.
Your symptoms looks like Calcaneal Spur in the ankle joint-- a small growth in ankle bones. This makes the severe heel pain. A simple X-Ray of the foot will detect it.
You can better consult a Ortho specialist.

Try to change your slippers & see.
If you have suddenly put on weight also it may come.
If it starts from hip & coming down to the heel, it can be also due to lumbar spine changes.

So both the reason , you need to rule out with the Ortho .
Nothing to worry. Just pain killers & treatment of the cause is is the remedy.

    Hi Nila
    Congrats.
Now since the baby is 2 months old you can start with mild exercise like walking for 10 mins initially & gradually increase as long as you are comfortable with it. Never strain too much or do heavy exercise.

Then you can try with sit-ups 5 times twice a day, but remember not to do if you find it inconvenient or painful.
When you are breastfeeding the weight-loss will be gradual up to 6 months.
    Best of luck.

    Hi Gkds
    Sorry for your relative's condition.
Brain death is complete loss of Brain-stem function which controls the normal working of the heart & respiration. So when this fails the person's heart & lungs also stops.

But in the initial stages to differentiate between the Brain -death ( irreversible condition) from the unconcious or coma ( The pt can come back to normal life) , pt is put on ventilator for respiration & on certain drugs for the heart function. Meanwhile they do certain tests to confirm whether it is Brain-death or simple unconcious /coma. Once it is confirmed that it is only brain-death then no point in keeping the pt in ventilator unless they wish to donate organs.
Brain-dead persons can donate organs until they are kept alive by the ventilator & drugs which keeps their heart & lungs working normally. Once ventilator & the supportive drugs are stopped the pt also is medically & scientifically declared dead.
