    Re: Forehead reduction

Dear Anurajesh, I understand your problem. You are saying that your marriage is already fixed and it is going to happen during May 2013. then don't think about this problem now. because it will create unnecessary tension and leads to further fall of hair from your head, any way your would-be-husband has approved you and accepted for the marriage.

If you want to take doctor's help, go to a homeopathic doctor and tell your problem. Because if you take English Medicine (any M.B.B.S doctor will prescribe these medicines) they may induce side effects. Other than Homeopathic medicine there are lot of ayurvedic medicinal procedures are available for your problem. Hence consult a Homeopathic doctor or Ayurvedic doctor for this problem.

If you are not interested in Homeopathy or Ayurvedic please try following steps for better results.

Hence think of following steps after the marriage.

Women and men alike deal with hair loss. Receding hairlines and full frontal baldness make your forehead higher and may become a greater concern when regrowth fails to occur. Causes of slow regrowth and hair loss can be attributed to genetics, conditions such as alopecia areata and improper grooming practices. Whatever the reason for your hair loss, it is important to consult a skin specialist( dermatologist or physician) to determine if any medical conditions or nutritional deficiencies could also be to blame.

    Step 1

Consume two 3 to 4 oz.-servings of lean proteins per day, suggests "The Doctors Book of Home Remedies." Protein is required by our bodies to allow hair to grow properly. Fish and poultry are ideal sources of lean proteins and will ensure you have the nutrients needed to grow hair.

    Step 2

Eat iron-rich foods such as red meat, green leafy vegetables and dried fruit. Iron-rich foods are also essential to healthy hair growth as well as preventing further hair loss. Consume one serving of two different iron-rich foods per day.

    Step 3

Wear your hair in loose styles to avoid pulling and destroying your hair follicles. Stress on your hair will only promote hair loss and prevent regrowth. Allow your hair to hang freely as much as possible.

    Step 4

Apply over-the-counter minoxidil lotion once daily to your forehead to promote hair growth. Minoxidil lotions stimulate hair growth in your follicles and also prevent further hair loss. This treatment option may not work in everyone. This should be done after consulting the specialist only because this may create some irritation on the skin.

    Step 5

Practice gentle grooming when growing hair. Treating your hair with extreme care may not only slow hair loss but may also help you regain what you have already lost. Shampooing once daily with a mild shampoo and allowing your hair to air dry will prevent heat damage and harsh chemical damage from shampoo detergents.
