Dear Anu Rajesh, Already lot of information available in penmai forum threads for which the links are given below. please click on them and get the solution to your problem.

    Severe Hair Fall Tips

    how to reduce hair fall

    Plz help - hair fall

Even then you have not proper or acceptable solution to your problem please go through the following article :

Since the beginning of time, long, luxurious hair has been associated with female beauty. This stereotype puts great pressure on women to achieve this trail.

Loss of hair, although prevalent in men, is not rare in women. Most often hair loss in women has been concealed with wigs or weaves. Ironically, traction alopecia is a baldness which is caused by the physical stress and tension the continued use of wigs, hair weaves or use of corn rows.

Hair loss may be contributed by genetics, serious illness, prolonged use of medications, nutritional defects or vitamin deficiency. Hormonal changes due to menstrual cycles, menopause or pregnancy may also cause hair loss in women. Stress is yet another factor contributing to hair loss in women. Thyroid related problems have also been known to cause hair thinning in women. It is advised to consult a physician to identify the exact cause of hair loss in order to properly treat it.

Specific causes of hair loss in women may be treatments like chemeotherapy used for the cancer treatment auto immune disorders and scalp yeast infections. Genetic factors cause a diffusing pattern of hair loss. This is caused by the actions of a pair of enzymes called aromatase and 5-a reductase. Prolonged use of certain medications can cause diffusion hair loss. Some of these medications are blood thinners, anti inflammatory drugs such as prednisone, gout medications and thyroid medications.

An increase or overall DHT volume might be the biggest, most common factor in pattern hair loss. DHT binds to the hair follicle and causes deterioration. Over time, the hair follicle degrades and the quality of hair which is able to grow in the shaft decreases until it is fully expired.

Whatever the cause, hair loss causes tremendous mental stress in women. Severe hair loss among women has not yet been socially acceptable as with men. Psychological counseling may be helpful to such women.

It should be understood that hair loss among women is far more common than most believe. For those suffering with such a condition, immediate medical consultation is suggested. The sooner the problem is identified the sooner and more effective the treatment will be.

Before starting any medication make sure that you are internally healthy, in the sense, check your hormones. Many women doesn't even have the syptoms though they have pcos(sorry to scare you, i am just trying to guide you better). PCOS is the major cause of sudden hairfall in women. Once you confirm that you are healthy then try the home remidies.

Eating healthy will reduce hair fall.
Dont keep your hair either too oily or too dry. You can see tremendous results with a final rinse with vinegar for dandruff.
Applying henna pack and fenugreek pack will also help.
    Drink 2 litres of water.
Everyday, massage your scalp with oil, so that blood circulation will be improved and will result in hair growth. If someone like your husband or mother does the massage it will be more better because you can simply relax while getting the massage. Also, its a chance for your husband to show his love so ask him to do it for you atleast 3 times a week.

    Re: severe hair fall

Dear Anu, stop worrying first. please try the following
    Severe Hair Fall Tips
    :

Take 25 Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves and Vepa (Neem) leaves put to dry with the help of sun heat. Make it as powder of these leaves and add sufficient water to it. Apply this mixture to hair as a pack, wait for one hour and take bath, so that the severe hair fall problem will be solved slowly.

Try to make the Herbal Hair Oil on your own and use it.:

    1. Take a bunch of mehendi (maruthaani) leaves along with amla pieces (either fresh or dried ones which have been soaked overnight).
    2. Grind these coarsely together.
    3. Now take about 150 ml of coconut oil in a cooking vessel (kadai) and add the paste to it.
    4. Simmer on low flame till all moisture evaporates.
    5. Cool and strain use regularly.
    6. Makes hair roots strong.

Please try to following Beauty tips for Beautiful Hair:

After head bath, Take one mug of vellam (jaggery) mixed water and pour it on your head only. After 5 minutes wash your hair with drinking water. Now your hair will looks good and in perfect form.

    1. Do not brush your hair several times at night. This can be fatal for your hair. Hair is fragile. Rough and repeated brushing can cause it to become brittle, and easily prone to breakage.Instead, what you should do is brush your hair only as much as you really need to, till you get the knots and tangles out.
    2. Use conditioner for split ends. Remember, a conditioner is not a glue, it only works to smoothen the rough hair surface, thus making it soft.the only remedy for split ends is to trim them off. The best favour you can do your hair is to get a trim every three months.
    3. Using too much quantities of shampoos and conditioners can cause the scalp to dry out. Excessive conditioner will result in your hair looking greasy. The amount you use should depend on only one factor the length of your hair. Those with really long hair may need a little more than a coin-sized amount.
    4. Brushing hair while it's wet seems like an easy option, but it only result in hair becoming and thus, severe breakage. Use your fingers to unknot them, instead of a brush. you can also use a large-toothed comb. Remember, be kind and gentle with your hair for that shine that will get you all the compliments.
    5. it is very important to find time to give your hair some TLC. As far as washing hair is concerned, there is no timetable for how often you must wash it. While for some, washing it every alternate day may work, there are some who may need to wash their hair every day. But washing your hair for every two three days is a good decision.
    6. Do not follow another person's routine. What works perfectly for your friend or even sister, may not necessarily work just as well for your hair. you need to take into consideration before deciding your wash routine, is your level of activity, your hair's exposure to the environment and your hair type.

    all the best. thanks

    1. First get consultation from your general physician and try to take vitamin supplements
    2. Second, live a stress free life---improve your healthy living style
    3. Third, the only thing with respect to hair fall worked for me is every alternate day apply vendhayam and semparuthi flower paste and take warm water bath after 45 mins.
    4. Dont use conditioner
