    Home Made Shampoos

Shampoos are the commonly used products for washing hair. But in real many shampoos available in the market are very harmful for hair as they contain chemicals which damages hair. Here are some shampoos that can be prepared in home itself.

    Herbal Shampoo
Add 100 gram each of dried Soapnut (in tamil Pungankai, available in ayurvedic store) and Indian Gooseberry (Amla) to one liter of water and soak for 24 hours. Boil and allow to cool. Strain and use as a shampoo to bring silky smoothness to hair. This herbal shampoo is one of the beneficial home made shampoos for hair.

    Fenugreek Shampoo
Soak 25 grams of fenugreek (in tamil Venthayam) tonight and grind it in mixie to a fine paste. Mix 1 table spoon of bengal gram flour, 1 table spoon of green gram flour with the paste. Mix thouroughly by adding some water. Soak it in hair for about ten minutes and wash it. This shampoo strengthes hair as it is rich in protein.

    Egg Shampoo
Eggs are rich sources of proteins. Beat 2 egg yolks into a glass of hot water. After straining, soak hair and scalp in this solution for an hour. Rinse off with warm water.

    Hey nice article.
By the way I am a beautiful lock on Hrithik’s head full of gorgeous hair! As I have observed, from my vantage point (of being on top of Hrithik’s head, duh!), a lot of you want glamourous locks…but (sigh, sigh) very few of you manage to look like me. So, I will try to be at my swishiest best and using my enviable position to best advantage, I’ll tell you the secrets of my beauty and of course, I’ll give you a glimpse of what goes on in Hrithik’s world. Follow my hair strands on The Chronicles of Hlock (Hrithik's Hair Lock) . See you there!
