  6. Dandruff is the root cause for the hair loss or damage. For prevention of dandruff, apply coconut oil with camphor cubes to the scalp and massage the scalp well.
  7. A mixture of Alma, Shikakai and dry neem leaves should be made as a paste and then apply the paste for washing your hair. This will be applicable for the people who were not aware of shampoos and conditioners. It will prevent you from the hair loss.
  8. A healthy diet is also preventing you from the hair loss or damage. Eat the foods and fruits, which are rich in iron.
  9. Use of chemicals like creams, lotions, gels, and sprays for the hair causes the hair loss or damage. Trim your hair every month.
  10. The hair combing should be very soft and avoid combing when the hair was dry. The hair bands or clips should be very easy one to use.
