    Re: Hand Care Tips

We try to keep our hands moisturised mostly after having a bath. But later in our daily routine we hardly take care of them. Also it becomes difficult to apply moisturiser every time when we are away from home. Using antibacterial soaps turn them dry. So use totally herbal soaps or hand a wash that cleanses them and also retains the natural moisture of your skin.

Bufin liquid hand soap and paper soap strips as they are made from 100% natural ingredients. They are biodegradable and 100% safe. Manufactured from 100% pure coconut oil, Bufin hand care range guarantees smooth moist skin and leaves your skin clean with a lingering fragrance. If it is difficult for you to go for hand wash, Bufin hand sanitizers too are perfect for the same.

The most important thing is to keep your hands well moisturized. Apply a good hand lotion or a rich nourishing cream before going to bed.

    Re: Hand Care Tips

Nice tips, really amazing. Here I would like to share some amazing tips for nail car:
When using nail varnish ALWAYS use a base coat to prevent staining of the nails.

Be careful with the products you put on your hands such as soap and lotions. Avoid products with alcohol or other drying agents because that tends to dry and weaken nails, making them brittle and prone to cracking.

When using a nail file or nail buffer on your nails make sure not to use the back and forth motion because that generates excessive heat on your nail which will weaken it. Instead go from the side to the middle along the ridge line of the nails.

If you want to know how to strengthen Nails, you should eat foods that help making them strong. Nail health relies on sufficient supplies of protein, B vitamins, vitamin A, calcium, zinc, iodine and iron

It is important to use a sun protection or sun tan lotion on a daily basis. We are exposed to sun and pollution all the time so it is important to protect the skin.
