Talking Re: lunch box recipes for kids

I would suggest tht u can give ur kids :
    1. Salads: just cut long, thin strips of carrot or cucmber. Or you can do things according to ur imagination.
    2. Idly : Especially those small idlys (called the ghee idly in hotels).
    3. Sandwhiches: With vegegies, or just jam or cheese.
As long as the food looks nice...kids will definitely gobble things up.

    Hope this helped.

    3. Slice the onions into very thin slices.
    4. Grind cashewnuts, tomato, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies, garam masala, cinnamon and cloves together into a fine paste adding very little water to it.
    5. Take 4 tsps of oil in a pressure pan and add the cinnamon, clove and bay leaf to it.
    6. Saute for few seconds and add the onions to it.

We can also make doa in differet colour and give it

Pink Dosa -- Scrap Beetroot and pour the essence in dosa flour to make Pink dosa. Add beetroot essence as much as possible in flour before pouring water to the flour. More beetroot essence will give a good colout.

Green Dosa -- Grind Curry Leave and corriander leaves with pinch of salt and add the mixture to the dosa flour to make green dosa. If you prefer garlic taste, add only one garlic slice when grinding the greens.

Sweet Dosa -- Put Jaggary in hot water and make it to melt. Filter the jaggary water and add the that to dosa flout to make Sweet Dosa. You can add smashed Tomato also withthis flour to give a good taste. In sweet dosa, after pouring the flour in dosa pan, just sprinkle cut cashew and dry grapes which will taste different.

Wheat Dosa -- Take Aatta, add water and mix well. make sure all wheat balls are smashed nicely and the flour should good enough to pour like dosa. Instead of adding Salt, add Jaggary Water. If required, can add 2 cups of Rice Flour to make the flour thick. Make sure to take the dosa in correct timing. Wheat takes longer time to get cooked. But if left for very long time, dosa will not come.

    Thanx - Vidhya

    Hi friends

you can also make small pooris and star, square, flower apple sun designed pooris with white peas or channa masala with less spice

Also make kutty kutty dosa with sambar

colorful rice varieties do not add coloring agent use the vegetable itself

i used to make carrot rice, palak keerai raice, beet root rice, pepper rice, dalrice

i will prepare a porial and mix with rice and ghee and tech my kid the food color also multi purpose

in the small age itself we have to make them eat vegetables otherwise it is very difficult

    try these items
