    தேவையானவை :

    பச்சை, மஞ்சள் , சிவப்பு நிற குடமிளகாய்கள் - தலா 1

    வேக வைத்து உதிர்த்த சோளம் - ஒரு கப்

    புளிகாதத் தயிர் - ஒரு கப்

    பூண்டு - 2 பல்

    பச்சை மிளகாய் - 1

    உப்பு - தேவையான அளவு

    செய்முறை :

    குடமிளகாய்களின் விதைகளை நீக்கி , பொடியாக நறுக்கிக் கொள்ளவும் .பச்சை மிளகாயை விதை நீக்கி, நறுக்கிக் கொள்ளவும் .பூண்டை தோலுரித்து நசுக்கிக் கொள்ளவும் .

    தயிரை நீர் இல்லாமல் , கெட்டியாகக் கடைந்து கொள்ளவும் . அதில், குடமிளகாய் , சோளம் , பச்சை மிளகாய் , பூண்டு, உப்பு சேர்த்துக் கலந்து பரிமாறவும் .

    HI Infaa,

    we are on the same boat.. en ponnu adam pidikara.. mulungura ellathayum.. ippothan kadichi sapida sollikuduthirukku.. she is 16 months old..

    daily mundhiriparuppu, badam oora vachchadhu, appuram cut apples eduththu oru piece vaayiala vachichi palakinen.. vachchadhume thuppuva.. konjam munnadi iurkara pallula, paduramadhiri vachi, innum chinnadhakki, appuram, dry grapes kuduththunu, kadikaradhuku palakinen.. almost 10 days appurama oruthadava kadichcha.. ippo as usual avale vandhu dry grapes vangi kadichi sapidura..

    appuram, weight.. baby must be double their birth weight by 6 months.. triple by 1 yr.. its a rule.. 1-2 yr la, 2kg yerinale podhumam.. height 100cm by 2yrs approximately.. for ex; 3kg baby, 6kgs at 6 months and 9kg during 1yr is perfectly alright.. if at all, very less, then u need to consider..

    head sutralavu romba mukiyam.. rendu vayasukulla brain reaches its max size.. 1-2 yrs romba seekiram kathupanga.. vaccination poda pogumpodhu, head size mattum kandippa kelunga.

    appuram, adikadi kadikaramadhi food kudunga.. chumma vayila vachividunga.. kandippa try pannuvanga kadikaradhuku..

    ooravachcha verkadalai, badam, idhumadhiri chinna chinadha, oru piece kuduththu parunga..

    Hi Friends,

    idhuthan doctors niraya sibarisu pannina food chart..

    1. Mother's milk mandatory till 6 months.. if at all mother goes to office or poor secretion of milk, 3 months onwards, u can introduce orange juice..

    2. 4.5 months onwards, orange, tomato and mosambi juices can be given.. with no honey or sugar.. just plain juices..

    3. 6 months onwards u can introduce solid foods.. however, fresh juices to be given without honey or sugar.. (potato, carrot, beans can be added with rice..) sapota, papaya juices to be given

    4. 7th month onwards, yellow part of egg.. (egg yolk) and slowly introuduce, soups of vegetables and chicken..

    5. 8th month, whiteegg, mutton can be given..

    6. 9th month, you can start fish and chicken

    7. 10th month, curd, ghee to be introduced.

    8. 1yr onwards, they must eat as like an adult.

    intially, we must introduce salt and sour taste to the babies... no sweets at all till 1yr. sweetness of juices and fruits are fine..

    do not give cerelac or nestem as such. if at all, it must be given, include a pinch of salt rather than feeding it directly.

    Dnt overfeed them. Babies will definitely let you knw if they are hungry. no limits to feed. give them as much as they want, whatever they want either juices or rice..

    idhu kuda, jeya ka, sollirukara table serthukongapa.. adhula padhi irukadhunala, highlights mattum solliruken...

    Hi Friends,

    Ella payaru vagaiyum pottu saththu maavu kanji eppadi panradhu kutty kulandhaigalukku nu soli thanga pls..

    1/4 kg alavukku ragi, badam, mundhiri idhellam poduvanganu theriyum.. innum vera enna podalam.. evlo podalam nu sollunga..

    Nan idha try panninen already.. nan panninadhu ippadi than.. ragi mavu, oru kaipidi, wheat mavu kaipidi, pasiparuppu maavu, appuram, mundhi, badam mixie la podi panni potten.. paal ooththi, idhu ellathayum mix panni, stove la kodhi vandha pinnadhi irakinen.. taste or thickness rendume sariya varala..

    help pls.

    Oh!!!! Eswari, neenga enna pannanum, maava podum bodhu, godhumai maavai konjam alavu kuraichu podunga, adhu seekram getti aidum....adhaan.....

    Apram enna pannanum, idhellam thannila pottu karaichu, (konjam thanni adhigama vakkanum), aduppai sim la vachu, oru karandiyaala, kilari kitte irukanum.


    Kodhi vandha udane ellam irakka koodadhu, adhu la maavu ellam vegama, pachai vaasanai varum.

    Adhanaala, sim la vachu, medhuva kilari vittu kitte irundhu, adhu getti aagura varai, kai vidama kilaranum. Idhuku 5 min. dhaan aagum. Appo getti ya vandha, adhula sugar or salt already potrundha nalla taste a irukum. Godhumai maavu equal amount potta, seekram getti aagi, oru maadhiri pisu pisupa irukum, adhukudhaan matha maavai vida, kammi ya podanum, matradhellam 2 spoons apdina(oru example ku), idhai 1 spoon apdi podanum.

    Indha method la senju paarthu sollunga.

    Ungala maadhiri abroad la irukaravanga sollidhaan, naan pala vishayangalai therinjukka mudiyudhu.

    Thanks a lot.. neenga sonnadhu right.. pisupisuppa, eppadiyo kola kolanu, taste suththama varala.. potturundha vellam kooda sariya karayala..

    amma seidhu thandhadhu.. ippo thititanga. chumma eppo paaru nane ready mix panni thara mudiyadhu.. seinju palagu nu.. health mix oorla irukum podhu kalakuven, paal kaichumpodhu serththu othitta sariya paal pongi kodhi varum podhu irakuven.. adhan ketten sis..



    nan neenga sonna madhiri try panren.. nalaiku en ponnuku morning brkfst adhan... :-)

    Can you please tell me from which age we can give laxative (mild) for kids on a regular basis (say monthly) and can you also give a list of natural laxatives (for toddler) and how to use it safely?
