Re: Using Fennel to Calm a Colicky Baby!!

A few tsps of this tea really does wonders in treating colic pain in babies.

A Nursing mother can drink this tea and pass along the benefits through her milk. Yup THis tea also promotes lactation.

Note - Breastfeeding mothers should also avoid cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, onion and chocolate in her diet.

This tea acts as a Natural Remedy, So don't use it on a daily basis(Esp - Nursing Mothers).

Preparing this Tea is So Simple..
    • Just dry roast fennel seeds in a Pan.
    • Then Add a cup of water to it and Bring it to boil till the color changes.
    • Then Sieve and Strain. Add Honey to taste.

PS - 1 tsp of Fennel tea will be enough for Babies.
