    Must follow these effective weight loss tips

    Hi friends, Really losing weight is not difficult, only we should follow some tips and weight loss exercises as shown on eyogaguru.



    1. Drink warm lemon honey water early in the morning
    2. Eat slowly
    3. Use smaller plate to eat
    4. Do not skip breakfast
    5. No sugar products
    6. Eat water filled fruits
    7. Eat more fiber food
    8. Get 7-8 hours of sleep
    9. Drink warm water
    10. Exercises
    11. No white rice in dinner
    12. No dairy products
    13. No alcohol
    14. Running or fast walking is very important in the morning as well as in the evening.
    15. Practice most effective yoga poses and pranayama as shown in eyogaguru.
