These Fats Make you Slim!

Coconut (freshly grated/shredded)
This will receive a flood of arguments because coconut is high in saturated fat. But, coconut will hydrate, rejuvenate, give fibre and and help weight loss. Lauric acid in coconut and its thermogenic properties help slimming down. One or two spoons a day is good. Avoid if you have cholesterol!

Olive Oil
Another fat that combats fats. You know the story!

Almond Butter
Almonds have high fat too! Almonds contain compounds that limit the amount of fat absorbed by the body. Makes a good snack to keep you full.

Dark Chocolate
"Close your eyes...kiss meeee...", and not milk chocolate. Enjoy a piece of dark chocolate for your sweet tooth while slimming down. Takes more time to process and has fewer calories than regular milk chocs.
