    Thumbs up Weight loss in a week

    Here is 7 Days GM Diet Plan For People who is in weight loss. Try it, but you need lot of confidence for this. This diet is well suited for Indians both men and women.


    With this you will be surely loss 5 - 8 kgs weight. If you have any doubts ask here. Let me try to answer.


    Day One Today is a day to eat only fruits but no bananas. You can eat as much fruits as you want. It’s advisable to eat lot of melons today as it will help to lose weight to a great extent on your first day.


    Day Two Start your morning with a large bowl of potato and rest of day is to eat only vegetables. You can eat as much you as want and it is encouraged to eat all kinds of vegetables including cooked and raw vegetables.


    Day Three This is a day with mixture of vegetables and fruits of your choice. Again you can eat Any amount, any quantity and any type but strictly no bananas yet and no potatoes today.


    Day Four It may look bit strange but today is a day for bananas and milk. Today you should drink three glasses of milk and eat as many as eight bananas. It is encouraged to have a vegetable soup tonight but remember to limited quantity.


    Day Five Today is a day to rice and tomatoes. Eat one cup of rice. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. Today you need to increase your water intake as you need to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.


    Day Six Today is a day to rice and vegetables. You need to eat one cup of rice and eat all the cooked and uncooked vegetables you like to eat.


    Day Seven Today you may eat your some brown rice, fruit juices and all type of the vegetables you want to eat.


    Tomorrow morning you will feel much lighter with totally different personality with a very positive energy level and possibly you will lose weight with 5 - 8 kgs.

    My wife and my friends have got into GM diet for three times till now. While one of my friend lost around 2.5 kgs the first time, he did not lose anything the second and third time. But he regained the weight in the gap between the first and second time. My wife did not lose any kg at all. Both of them followed the GM diet principles very strictly and still did not lose any kg. Dont know if this depends on body metabolism or other such unknown things.

    Did they continue their normal works as routine ? Usually with less caloie and routine work our body will burn calorie from stored fat when needed , when fats are getting used from the body weight loss is possible.

    Wight loose is so critical problem and people facing it. If you eat more calories than you burn then you gain weight. If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you lose weight. Running is the best way for losing weight because it is one of the easiest ways for burning calories. And due to this it is prefer by people.
