    * உண்ணும் உணவை நல்ல ஊட்டச்சத்துள்ள உணவாக மாற்றிக் கொண்டால், உடலுக்கு உணவே மருந்தாக இருந்து நோய் நொடியில் இருந்து நம்மைக் காக்கும்.

    *
    வாரத்தில் இருமுறையாவது நாம் உண்ணும் உணவில் கீரையைச் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.


    * உணவில் உப்பின் அளவைக் குறைப்பது மிகவும் அவசியம். ஊறுகாய் போன்றவற்றை அதிகளவில் உட்கொள்ளாமல் இருப்பது மிகவும் நல்லது.


    * பால், தயிர், மோர் போன்றவற்றை தினமும் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட அளவிற்கு நாம் எடுத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டியது நல்லது.


    * வெங்காயத்தில் சின்ன வெங்காயம் மிகவும் நல்ல உணவுப்பொருளாகும். இதனை உணவில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்வது
    ல்லது.

    hi sis

    i have a doubt. sometime consumption of coffee may bring a headache and vomiting sensation, can anybody clear it 4 me?

    Dear Sara,

    Basically coffee is a stimulant. Coffee will remove head ache as well as bring head ache. The head ache due to coffee intake is called Caffeine Headaches.

    Now let us see how coffee brings head ache.

    Caffeine headaches are usually felt behind the eyes, and can range from mild to debilitating.

    When your body gets used to a certain level of caffeine, you may notice that you experience fatigue and other side effects (such as headaches) until you have reached your typical level of caffeine consumption.

    This type of head ache can be cured by having sound
    sleep, undergoing massage, by acupressure processes , taking caffeine-free medication and drinking plenty of water.

    Headaches from excess caffeine consumption can be cured or helped by drinking peppermint tea. Some people find that consuming food before consuming caffeine can provide a 'cushion' for their caffeine absorption and reduce the chances of a caffeine overdose or headache from too much caffeine consumption. Headaches from excess caffeine can also be avoided by limiting your caffeine intake.

    i mostly avoid coffee and i had never drink coffee due to this headache

    Hi Sara, don't avoid coffee. it is very good stimulant when you consume in a limited manner. You drink coffee and get refreshed. your head ache which has come due to some other reason or tension-full work, will go if you drink a hot cup of coffee at that time. Have coffee and also have a nice time.

    * While working on a computer, place your feet on the floor and adjust the top of the monitor at eye level to avoid back pain.


    * Plenty of water and vitamin C can help you get rid of a cold quickly.

    படர்தாமரைக்கு
    அறுகம்புல்லும், மஞ்சளும் சேர்த்து அரைத்து படர்தாமரையில் பூச தீரும்.



    வயிற்று வலிக்கு
    நறுவிலிப்பட்டையை இடித்துச் சாறு பிழிந்து, தேங்காய்ப் பாலில் கலக்கி குடிக்க கடினமான வயிற்று வலி போகும்.



    வீக்கத்திற்கு
    கடலை இலையை வேகவைத்து அடிபட்ட வீக்கம், மூட்டு பிசகல் முதலியவைகளுக்குச் சூட்டோடு வைத்துக் கட்ட தீரும்.
