    * புகைப்பது பார்வையை பாதிக்கக்கூடியது, உடனே நிறுத்த முடியாவிட்டாலும் குறைப்பது சிறந்தது.


    * நகத்தில் ஏற்படும் வெள்ளைப் பொட்டுகள், உடலில் சத்துக் குறைபாடு இருப்பதை உணர்த்தும் அறிகுறியாகும்.


    * உணவை ஜீரணிக்க தயிர் உதவுவதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல் வயிற்றின் வாயுத் தொல்லையிலிருந்தும் விடுவிக்கிறது.

    வறட்டு இருமல் குணமாக
    எலுமிச்சம்பழச்சாறு, தேனில் கலந்து குடித்தால் வறட்டு இருமல் குணமாகும்.



    தேமல் குணமாக
    வெள்ளை பூண்டை வெற்றிலை சேர்த்து மசிய அரைத்து தினமும் தோலில் தேய்த்து குளித்து வந்தால் தேமல் குணமாகும்.



    மூலம்
    கருணைக் கிழங்கை சிறுதுண்டுகளாய் நறுக்கி துவரம் பருப்புடன் சேர்த்து, சாம்பாராக செய்து சாப்பிட்டு வர மூலம் குணமாகும்.
