    * Smoking can cause wrinkles at an earlier age as it reduces blood flow to the skin and damages collagen and elastin fibers.


    * Use fresh chopped or ground garlic as often as you can because the packaged and preserved garlic paste loses a lot of its health benefits.


    * Get maximum health benefits from your tea by adding some lemon juice to it. The citrus juice increases antioxidant absorption.

    * If you don't eat fish, include walnuts, broccoli, and spinach in your diet to get your dose of omega 3 fatty acids.


    * Get your air conditioner (AC) serviced and cleaned regularly. Microbes can breed inside dirty ACs and make the air in your house unhealthy.


    * Switching to vegetarian protein sources such as beans and pulses in place of meat can help limit your fat and cholesterol intake.
