    * உடல் பருமனாக உள்ளதே என்று நீங்கள் கவலைப்பட்டால், அந்தக் கவலை இனி உங்களுக்கு வேண்டாம். இஞ்சி பிரியர் ஆக நீங்கள் இருந்தால், இந்த கவலை உங்களுக்கு இல்லை.இஞ்சி சாறை பாலில் கலந்து சாப்பிட, வயிறு நோய்கள் தீரும். உடம்பு இளைக்கும்.


    * கடுமையான இருமல் இருந்தால் 3 கப் தண்ணீருடன் வெற்றிலையையும், மிளகையும் போட்டு கொதிக்க வைத்து குடித்து வரவும்.


    * பல் வலி குறைய துளசி இலை 2, கொஞ்சம் உப்பு மற்றும் மிளகுத்தூள் ஆகியவற்றை வலி இருக்கும் இடத்தில் வைத்து அழுத்தி வரவும். வலி குறையும்.

    * சருமத்தில் உள்ள சிறு தழும்புகளைப் போக்க குளிக்கும் நீரில் துளசி இலைகளை போட்டு குளிக்கவும். விரைவில் தழும்புகள் மறையும்.


    * இஞ்சி சாற்றில், வெல்லம் கலந்து சாப்பிட வாதக் கோளாறு நீங்கி பலம் ஏற்படும்.


    * குழந்தைகளுக்கு ஏற்படும் காய்ச்சல் மற்றும் இருமலுக்கு நீருடன் தேனைக்கலந்து கொடுத்தால் விரைவில் இருமல் நிற்கும். காய்ச்சல் குறையும்.

    * காரட் மற்றும் தக்காளிச் சாறு இதனுடன் கொஞ்சம் தேன் கலந்து குழந்தைகளுக்கு கொடுத்து வந்தால் உடல் வலிமை பெரும்.

    * வயிற்றுப் போக்கை உடனடியாக நிறுத்த கொய்யா இலைகளை மென்று தின்றால் போதுமானது.

    * இஞ்சி துவையல், பச்சடி செய்து சாப்பிட மலச்சிக்கல், களைப்பு, மார்பு வலி தீரும்.

    * It's a myth that having milk will increase cough or phlegm. Milk has nothing to do with phlegm. Warm milk can in fact soothe a sore throat.


    * If you are a diabetic, regularly visit your eye care professional to prevent associated eye problems.


    * Add garlic to your daily food. It will help lower blood sugar and decrease cholesterol levels.
