    * Excessive daytime sleepiness is not normal. Get evaluated for a sleep disorder if you are often sleepy during the day.


    * Looking for a tasty and filling snack that has less than 100 calories? Have a boiled egg. An average egg has only about 70 to 80 calories.


    * Avoid unhealthy accompaniments and garnishing. A healthy grilled sandwich becomes a fatty meal if eaten with French fries.

    * குறுமிளகை அடிக்கடி உணவில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். குறுமிளகு நமது உடலில் நோய்களை எதிர்த்துப் போராடும் சக்தியை உண்டாக்குகிறது. குறுமிளகையும் உப்பையும் பொரித்து சாதத்தோடு சேர்த்து சாப்பிட்டால் ஜலதோஷம் பறந்துவிடும்.


    * தினமும் இரண்டு அகத்தி இலையை விழுங்கி வந்தால் வயிற்றில் உண்டாகும் புண்களை உடனே குணப்படுத்தும்.


    * மாம்பழத்தை உணவில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்வதால் நரம்பு வலுப்பெறும். குரல் வளம் நன்றாக இருக்கும். இதனுடன் பால் சேர்த்து சாப்பிட்டால் தூக்கம் நன்றாக வரும்.

    Excessive daytime sleepiness is not normal. Get evaluated for a sleep disorder if you are often sleepy during the day.




    They should check their SUGAR levels and THYROIDAL levels
