    Daily Health Tips!!!

    * Cucumber promotes digestion, reduces cholesterol and helps weight reduction.


    * Find your shades! Always wear sunglasses when you spend time in the sun. It will protect your eyes from UV rays.


    * 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in one 1 cup of water before each meal helps in dissolving kidney stones.


    * Drinking dandelion root tea, cleanses the kidneys by acting as a diuretic.


    * Drink half spoon of ginger juice with a tablespoon of honey to cure cold and sore throat.

    * People allergic to milk should take plenty of pulses, legumes and green leafy vegetables to increase their calcium intake.

    * Add garlic to your daily food. It will help lower blood sugar and decrease cholesterol levels.


    * Exercise is not only good for your physical health but also improves your concentration and thinking thereby making you more productive.


    * Have Yogurt everyday as it is a storehouse of calcium, and also helps you burn fat.
