    Dear Anu,

    You are as such underweighed! You should be less than 60kg, and above 55kg, for you to have healthy sex life, and conceive! underweight only creates problem for both the mother and the fetus. So eat healthy, not to be anxious about conceiving early, 'coz that induces lots of stress, and stress can only create trouble! So just chill, indulge yourself into healthy balanced food!(you'll find lot of balanced diet charts on the net, and design your own menu! The best would be our traditional full meal starting from pappu nei to the morunja with pickle! All the best!

    High protein and fatty diet like mats,nuts,cheese,fast foods,fried foods create fat and calories. Avoid all junk foods,dairy products eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Exercise is very important to loose weight. Go walking and running at lest 45 minutes in a day. It burns fat and keeps you fresh and active.
