    Is Saffola Total good for health?

    Which oil is the best for cooking non-vegetarian food.
    I am looking for healthy and safe cooking oil.
    I have heard that Saffola Total is very good.
    Anybody using Saffola Total for cooking?

    Is this really good for health?

    Hi Mangala!

    Saffola has twice the Antioxidant Powder,, Which Keeps the Heart Healthy & Multi Seed Technology Makes the Oil best for Cooking. We have been Using Saffola Total for Cooking and I've observed that it absorbs less Oil Compared to Others..

    So I Suggest you to cook in Saffola oil which is best to Use... You can also go for olive oil and sunflower too but sometimes.. Take Care!!

    In our home also my mom is using Saffola cooking oil only. It is best choice.

    Hi mangala,

    Safola is good for health and practically recomended by doctors for most heart patients..

    I heard this advice too from doctors that don't just stick to only one oil. Use every oil without mixing.

    For eg:
    For Idli podis / pickles use Gingelly oil..
    For Thalippu and Frying use saffola, Sunflower like this.

    Hi Mangala,
    Saffola Total is the best and the safest oil in the market. This oil has losorb technology which ensure that the food does not absorb the oil. Even while deep frying food like vada and bajjis, the food does not absorb the oil. It also has double the amount of antioxidants which helps in keeping the heart healthy. I hope this helps!
