    Broccoli, whole grain bread, salmon fish, brown rice and garlic are also helpful in burning fat and we must add these food in our daily meals to burn fat.

    Cocoa is usedcto reduce the level of cortisol.Coffee is also good for it but in small doses before exercise.You can eat such things to burn your fat like roasted carrots,pumpkin,chickpeas,red wine and roasted potatoes.....
