    How to overcome heat during summer season?

    Taking a close look towards the weather pattern in India, the most common weather that people experience is summer. The winter season is not often found in India’s weather change pattern. Winter season is during the month of December and occurs for very short period. Rainy season is during august end to October end. The summer starts from beginning of March to end of august. Hence, summer is the season, which India faces for more months.


    Steps to be taken to avoid heat during summer season:



    1) Whenever the person moves out, he / she needs to wear cotton dresses. Cotton shirts, pants, cotton sarees, chudithars and so on.


    2) Always have bottle of water with you. Carry it wherever you move.


    3) Have an umbrella to avoid hot sun. Have any color other than black color. Light colors reflect heat. Black color absorbs heat. Therefore, avoid wearing black dress and umbrella.


    4) Do not skip the breakfast or lunch during summer season. While the person walking through the sun, the person needs more of energy to withstand its power. Therefore, good diet will help a lot. Eat healthy food and the food, which is suitable for this summer season.


    5) Ice cream is not meant for cooling, its heat. Eat some fresh fruits, fresh fruit juice; it will reduce the body heat to some extent.


    6) Wear sunglasses, helmet and hand cloves will ride bikes or any two wheelers.


    7) Apply any qualified sunscreen creams to avoid the heatness in body; see to that it matches the person’s body texture. Also, use some prickly heat powder to avoid itching and scares which forms during this season.


    8) If the person reaches home walking all the way through hot sun, then the person should not immediately move into AC. Doing this action will reduce the person’s color.


    9) As soon as the person reaches home from sun, he needs to wash his hands, legs and face in fresh water. Take bath twice daily, if the water scarcity is less in the person’s area.


    Considering other countries like United States of America, Antarctica, France, Australia and so on, the person might experience winter and rainy season for several month and summer is very rare season here. The people who are out to vacation to India will feel very difficult to move out, as they are not so familiar with summer season. Therefore, visitors must take several steps to safeguard themselves from this burning hot sun.

    Summers in India can be very hot. In places like Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, the temperature becomes unbearable. With this kind of heat, you need clothes that are made of natural fabric and they can absorb perspiration.


    Clothing for Men: Pure cotton shirts and cotton-blend trousers are the most comfortable office wear and evening wear. Men can also wear lines shirts, cotton T-shirts, and traditional kurta pyjama. Since kurta pyjama is mostly made of khadi or cotton, it provides great comfort. Kurtas are available in multiple colors but pyjamas are usually white or some other light color.


    Clothing for Women: Traditional salwar kameez is the most comfortable outfit for women during summers. They can also wear traditional and elegant sarees that provide comfort. Cotton clothes for women are available in all bright colors.


    Clothing for Children: Children must also wear clothes made of natural fabrics. Boys can wear shorts or Bermudas made of pure cotton along with short-sleeved shirts and T-shirts. Girls can wear frilly cotton frocks with dark colors or designs. They can also wear ghadhra choli on special occasions.


    Things to avoid: A person must avoid fabrics that do not allow air to pass such as silk and nylon. These fabrics may causes rashes during summers and therefore must be avoided.

    hose tips were useful and healthy for body in summer. In summer body goes through a lot of dehydration and that is why drinking plenty of water always helps.

    It is important to use a suncream lotion of at least SPF 30 in order to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. For sensitive skin, a mineral-based sunscreen is best. Donít sit in the sun in peak hours between 10am and 4pm in order to minimize UV radiation. If you are planning to be out in the sun for a long period of time, reapply suncream every two to three hours.
