    Benefits of Walnuts

    Walnuts (Akhrot) are rich source of many health boosting nutrients. Walnuts have omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, arginine and monounsaturated fats. These substances are very helpful for our body. Walnuts are good for the heart and brain.

    Tetter and Mange: Apply oil of Walnuts on mange, it gives effective results.

    Worm: If the child has too many worms, then feed kernel of one Walnut every day. It brings all the worms out through faeces.

    Calculus: Grind Walnut thin including with shell and kernel. Take one spoon every morning – evening with cold Water continuously for 15 Days. Calculus will comes out from urinary way.

    Wet bed: To release habit of wet the bed, feed two Walnuts and 15 Raisin before sleeping. After 15 days this habit will miss.

    Nervous system: By eating Walnut Nervous system gets benefit and Mind will energetic.

    Eat Walnut with Almond and Raisin, after that drink Milk. By these aged people get benefit.

    Important to Note:

    When eating Walnut, we should little careful. Walnut is hot and increase mucus. So do not eat more than 5 Walnut once. By eating more walnuts bile will increase. By which blister in mouth, itch in throat and indigestion will be happen.
