    Goodness of Green Chillies!

    Chillies grown around the world are used as a spice, vegetable and as a medicine. Chillies have been a part of human diet about 7000 BC. Chillies are eaten raw or cooked for it's fiery hot flavor.


    The stem end of the pod has most of the glands that produce the capsaicin. The white flesh surrounding the seeds contains the highest concentration of capsaicin.

    Here are some of the lesser-known benefits of adding chili to the food we consume:

    very nice sharing without knowing the benefits we are using the green chillies more in our life.

    In AP Green chilli uses is very high food items anything and everything they will add more green chillies
