Health Facts Must Known to All!

Friends like to share some facts that must be known to all. Share it with your friends too..

    7 Dangerous acts after a meal~

    1. Donít smoke - Experiments from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher)

    2. Donít eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Thre fore take fruits 1 -2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal.

    3. Donít drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hundred thus difficult to digest.

    4. Donít loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.

    5. Donít bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease, this will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

    6. Donít walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

    7. Donít sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.

Please Share it to your friends let them be awareÖ

    A Lesson In Psychology...

When a person laugh 2 much even on stupid things,be sure that person is lonely deep inside..
When a person sleeps alot,be sure that person is sad..
When a person talks less, and if he talks,he talks fast than it means that person keeps secrets..
When a person cant cry then that person is weak..
When a person eats in abnormal way then that person is in tension..
When a person cry on little things then it means he/she is innocent & soft hearted..
When a person angry on silly or small things it means he is in love"...!

Pls roll down the car windows to let out all the hot airbefore turning on A/C.
    WHY?

Car Air-conditioning - No wonder more folks are dying from cancer than ever before. We wonder where this stuff comes from but here is an example that explains a lot of the cancer causing incidents.

Many people are in their cars first thing in the morning and the last thing at night, 7 days a week.

Here's why: According to research, the car dashboard, seats and air freshener emit Benzene, a Cancer causing toxin (carcinogen - take time to observe the smell of heated plastic in your car).

In addition to causing cancer, Benzene poisons your bones, causes anemia and reduces white blood cells. Prolonged exposure will cause Leukemia, increasing the risk of cancer. Can also cause miscarriage.

Acceptable Benzene level indoors is 50 mg per sq. ft. A car parked indoors with windows closed will contain 400-800 mg of Benzene.

If parked outdoors under the sun at a temperature above 60 degrees F, the Benzene level goes up to 2000-4000 mg, 40 times the acceptable level.

People who get into the car, keeping windows closed will inevitably inhale, in quick succession, excessive amounts of the toxin.

Benzene is a toxin that affects your kidney and liver.. What's worse, it is extremely difficult for your body to expel this toxic stuff.

So friends, please open the windows and door of your car - give time for interior to air out -dispel the deadly stuff - before you enter.

A serious note about heart attacks:

    • Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting.
    • Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
    • You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
    • Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
    • 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
    • Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...
    • A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

The main causes of liver damage are~
    1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
    2. Not urinating in the morning.
    3. Too much eating.
    4. Skipping breakfast.
    5. Consuming too much medication.
    6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
    7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if thebody is very fit.
    8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.

Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store. We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

Symptoms and signs of heart attack?

Symptoms and signs of heart attack may include the following:
Chest pain or discomfort that is crushing, like a heavy weight; or squeezing, like a tight band around the chest; or an ache in the centre of the chest. The pain may radiate to the neck, jaw, shoulders, arms (especially the left arm), back, abdomen, face or teeth. The pain is persistent (longer than 15 minutes), and does not ease with rest. The pain is sometimes mistaken for indigestion. Note that in some cases, heart attacks are painless.

    Profuse sweating
    Difficulty breathing
    Feeling dizzy or light-headed
    Nausea
    Pale, clammy skin
The pulse may be fast or irregular.
The person may suddenly collapse and lose consciousness
    First aid for heart attack!!!!!!!!!!!!

Encourage the person to sit still, with knees bent to ease strain on the heart.
Talk to him calmly and reassuringly, and loosen any tight clothing.
    Monitor any changes in condition.
The person should take one aspirin with water (Unless he is allergic to or unable to take aspirin). Aspirin helps to prevent blood clotting.

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.

A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!! A cardiologist says If everyone who gets this mail sends it to 10 people, you can bet that we'll save at least one life.

    The Importance of Drinking Water

The human body is made of roughly 75% water and the brain is about 85% water. The brain is highly sensitive to dehydration. When the body is dehydrated, it redistributes its water supply and controls how much water will be used and where it will be used.
Over time, as the body becomes more dehydrated, the body sends signals that certain organs need to 'shut down' to reserve the water that's left. This type of 'shut down' begins slowly and we don't recognize the signals as a result of dehydration. We don't only feel dehydration through thirst; our body feels it through, fatigue, headaches, stomach aches, fluid retention and more.

Thinking that coffee, tea, soda, juices and other similar beverages are a water substitute is a common mistake. While these drinks contain water, they also contain dehydrating substances such as caffeine, sugars and chemicals. These dehydrating substances remove the water they're made in as well as water that your body has in store. Notice next time you drink one of these beverages that you will pass more urine than the volume of drink you consumed.
