    Mushrooms - Mushrooms - Helps in giving relief from high cholesterols and rich in disease fighting phytochemicals, eating them regularly, it lowers the risks of breast cancer and prostate cancer.


    They have no fats, very low carbohydrates, high proteins, minerals and vitamins, a lot of water and fiber. That helps in weight loss. It can be lowered the energy diet for diabetics. It also has as much potassium as a medium sized banana.

    Mushrooms contain Natural antibiotics Similar to Penicillin, which itself is extracted from them inhibit microbial and other fungal infections. A powerful anti oxidant named Ergothioneine in Mushrooms – very effective in protection from free radicals as well as boosting up immunity.
