    Apricots - They are high in anti - Oxidants and a good source of vitamin A, also known as retinol. This is a fat-soluble vitamin that aids in cellular differentiation, vision and healthy fetal development.

    It also involved in immune-system functioning and keeping the skin and mucous membranes healthy.
    Fruit like apricots, high in vitamin A and carotenoids, are now considered by many to help strengthen the eyes. One report stated that eating 3 or more servings of these fruits per day may help to prevent age related eye disease like muscular degeneration.

    Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is one of the vitamins found in apricots. This vitamin is an antioxidant and can help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals, possibly reducing the risk of cancer and other diseases. This can also help reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, and the common cold.

    It may be essential in colon health, is great for digestion and helps balance the metabolism and maintain a healthy body weight.

    Potassium is a mineral that every cell, tissue and organ in the body needs to function properly. This mineral, abundant in apricots, is an electrolyte, which means it helps control electricity in the body. Its also necessary for heart function and muscle contraction. Potassium is thought to play a role in bone formation, lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of stroke.

    Yogurt (Curd) - To Consume fat-free and low-fat yogurt may help lower your risk of developing high blood pressure. Special proteins in dairy regulate BP, and high levels of calcium, magnesium, and potassium contribute to the blood pressure-lowering effect.

    Its an effective remedy for person suffering from Piles and Diarrhoea. In those cases, one should take curd with ginger and rice.

    It can stop nausea and vomiting tendency and also serves as a very good medicine, it has enzymes that keeps the body cool,it is also a good healer.

    Avocados - They are rich in source of vitamin E, an essential vitamin that protects against many diseases and helps maintains overall health. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of prostate cancer. Oleic acid in Avocados Helps in preventing breast Cancer.
