    All legumes are good for you, butthis little bean tops the list when it comes to antioxidant content, a criticalcomponent in aiding in disease prevention.     Cinnamon

    Cinnamon has been known to help relieve toothache pain. Simply make a paste using five teaspoons of honey mixed with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply a small amount of this paste directly onto the aching tooth 2 or 3 times daily until the pain is relieved. You can store any extra paste in a small container at room temperature.

    Other studies have shown that just 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon per day can lower cholesterol and that it also has a regulatory effect on blood sugar, making it especially beneficial for people with Type 2 diabetes. Cinnamon has also shown an amazing ability to stop medication-resistant yeast infections and is also used for cancer prevention.

    Nuts

    Most nuts are good for health - in moderation. We especially like almonds - most people know they provide protein but they are also high in magnesium which helps convert sugar into energy, heart-healthy fats, zinc and fiber.

    Keep on eye on portion control with these - stick to 20 per serving and raw almonds are best. Let's sneak walnuts in here too which make the list for their high levels of omega 3s (heart disease fighters ) and antioxidants.

    Radish

    Chocolates
