    Cantaloupe (பரங்கி) - This orange melon also known as a cantaloupe offers 68 calories per cup. It is filled to the brim with Vitamin A, C, B3, B6, Folate, Potassium and Dietary fiber. In fact, cantaloupes have more Vitamin A than that of carrots, making it great for your eyes and preventing muscular degeneration.

    Cantaloupe are also a great source of Vitamin C which stimulates white blood cells to kill bacteria, and disarming damaging free radicals.

    It is also rich in antioxidant flavonoids such as beta-carotene, lutein, zea-xanthin and cryptoxanthin. These antioxidants have the ability to help protect cells and other structures in the body from oxygen-free radicals and hence; offer protection against colon, prostate, breast, endometrial, lung, and pancreatic cancers.

    The fruit is an excellent source of Vitamin A, (100 g provides 3382 IU or about 112% of
    recommended daily levels) one of the highest among fruits. Vitamin A is a powerful antioxidant and is essential for vision. It is also required for maintaining healthy mucus membranes and skin. Consumption of natural fruits rich in vitamin A is known to help to protect from lung and oral cavity cancers.

    They are very low in calories (100 g fruit has just 34 calories) and fats. Nonetheless, the fruit is rich in numerous health promoting poly-phenolic plant derived compounds, vitamins, and minerals that are absolute for optimum health.

    Ginseng(Amukiran Kilangu) - Ginseng helps to regulate blood sugar. This reduces the amount of carbohydrates that the body stores as fat. However, in order to truly benefit by consuming ginseng for weight loss you must also pair it with a low-fat diet.

    Ginseng is known to reduce the levels of stress and acts as a stimulant. It also regulates metabolism and increases energy levels.
    Ginseng helps slow the signs of aging as it is a significant source of antioxidants which halt the formation of free radicals and another anti-aging substance called maltol.

    Ginseng has hormone-balancing qualities by regulating the amount of estrogen that is produced in the ovaries. This is very beneficial to women during the time of their monthly menstruation and during the early stages of menopause because it will diminish symptoms.

    Ginseng helps stimulate brain cells thereby improving concentration, thinking ability and memory.

    Ginseng's nutrients causes a boost in your immune system, which allows you to fight off colds and infections with greater ease.
    Pregnant and breastfeeding women and those who are under medication should avoid using ginseng.

    1) 100 கிராம் டார்க் சாக்லேட்டில் 36 மில்லி கிராம் இரும்புச்சத்து உள்ளது.

    2) 6.7 க்ராம் டார்க் சாக்லேட் தினமும் சாப்பிட்டால் இதயத்துக்கு நல்லது என்கிறார்கள் நிபுணர்கள்.

    3) இதயத்துக்கு நல்லது. கார்டியோ வாஸ்குலர் பிரச்னைகளை தடுக்கலாம் என்கிறது ஒரு ஆராய்ச்சி.

    4) தினமும் சாப்பிட்டு வர, மன அழுத்தம் குறையும். உற்சாகம் கிடைக்கும்.

    உணவுக்கு சிறிது நேரத்திற்கு முன் கிரீன் டீ without milk சாப்பிட்டு சில நிமிடங்களில் உணவு உண்டால் நமது எடை கணிசமாக குறையும் .. எந்த பின் (ஹேர்பின்,safetypin ) விளைவும் வராது ......

    என்னடா டாக்டரா உணவுக்கு முன் , பின் என்கிறாளேன்னு நினைக்காதிங்க நான் டாக்டர் இல்லை .......நான் டாக்டர் இல்லை ......
