    Pumpkin - Pumpkins are rich in nutritional content, especially vitamin A, vitamin C, and beta-carotene, so it is good for eye health and it also can increase endurance. Pumpkins are also rich in mineral content, such as phosphorus, calcium, iron, and potassium.

    A lot of water content and high fiber content are also good for digestion. It also copes inflammation, fever and diarrhea. Pumpkins also contain beta-carotene and alpha hydrox acids that are very good to cure migraines, kidney and heart disease, as anti-oxidants, and preventing premature aging.

    The other important benefit of pumpkin is the content of the enzyme in its skin. Based on the results of researchers, they found a protein active substances in the skin of a pumpkin. This substance has proved very effective in overcoming and curing fungal diseases.

    Pomegranate - In every grain of Pomegranate
    contains some vitamins, most of the vitamins are A and C and E. Then for any minerals, contain iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and others. In the skin of this fruit also has many other chemicals that have utility for human health.

    Pomegranate juice has benefits for eliminating mouth smell. Before you drink pomegranate juice, You can try rinsing for a moment and then swallow it. And in fact the way it able to prevent infections and clean your mouth and teeth, so has the effect of eliminating mouth smell.

    Tannin substances contained in pomegranates were able to anesthetize some worms such as tapeworms, roundworms and pinworms that found in the intestines.

    Benefits Of Eating Raw Onions - Raw onions have Sulfurous compounds and essential vitamins that can be best consumed raw. If cooked, the essential nutrients and vitamins get lost.
