    To get maximum health benefits from the super food, garlic, crush it 10 minutes before cooking.

    Crushed or chopped garlic is significantly better for cardiac health than the whole garlic clove. This is bcoz crushing garlic releases an enzyme, alliinase, that breaks down to form various heart-healthy compounds. and waiting for 10 minutes allows the enhancement of the formation of such compounds!!! So, next time you use garlic for cooking, keep this tip in your mind !! Take Care!!

    its really new health tip.. i don't know. this... here after i will follow..crushing before using.

    MINT is a popular perennial herb, also used as a spice in dried form. Mint is used for culinary purposes in various ways :

    CHEWING CARROTS for DENTAL HEALTH

    Simply CHEWING A CARROT immediately after your meal kills all the harmful germs in your mouth. Carrots clean the teeth, removes the food particles lodged in the crevices and prevents gum bleeding and tooth decay, too. Similarly, Apples after meals are excellent for dental health!!
