    Holy Basil

    Holy Basil also known as Tulsi is an aromatic plant which has been used widely in traditional medicine for its healing properties.

    Here are some of the medicinal uses of holy basil:


    Stabilizes Blood Sugar Levels:

    Tulsi can lower blood sugar levels and is an established medicine for treating some types of diabetes.

    Dates

    Dates is among the most ancient fruits grown and used by man. It is rich in iron, calcium, phosphorous and vitamin C.
