    Vegetables like Broccoli, Carrots, Capsicum, Cabbage and Spinach contain all the vitamins that include vitamins A, B, C, D and E that your body needs on a daily basis.

    Eat Fruits like Apples, Apricots, Bananas, Grapes, Oranges and other citrus fruits, Pineapple, Prunes, Watermelon (rich in Vitamin C). They are low in fat and hg in Vitamins.

    Carbohydrates and proteins are the base of any meal. Intake of Breads, Cereals and Rice in moderate quantities is good for health.

    Proteins are the building blocks and essential for muscle repair. Meat, Eggs and Fish are a rich source of proteins.

    Milk, yoghurt and cheese are a rich source of Calcium that strengthens bone.

    Nuts have a good amount of vitamins, minerals, proteins and fiber. Grains and Nuts like Almonds, Barley, Brown Rice, Whole Wheat and Walnuts reduces the chances of heart diseases.

    Beans and Legumes are high in proteins. Black beans, Lentils, Miso beans, Peanuts, Rye, Soy beans and Tofu are a rich source of proteins. Low fat dairy products are rich in vitamin A. It is good for skin and reduces acne and blackhead problems.

    Dark berries are a kind of healthy food. Berries include blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. Berries are strong antioxidants which keeps you young and healthy for a much longer time.

    Sea food, like salmon, crabs etc are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 strengthens cell membrane which helps in water retention. Other rich sources of Onega 3 are walnuts, canola oil and flax seed.

    Without a doubt water is important constituent of a healthy diet. Water flushes out toxins, minerals and vitamins. It helps body function right that keep you fit and strong.
