    Cinnamon Powder

    Using Methi Seeds

    green vegetables are considered to be the best stuffs for eliminating the chances of type 2 diabetes. and also maintain the level of blood sugar

    Here’s a ‘fruit-ilicious’ tip for you! Be sure to have some Black Jamuns (black plums) everyday to control blood sugar levels. You could also powder the seed and consume it to prevent your sugar levels from fluctuating.

    • Difficulty in sleeping/Insomnia
    • Trouble focusing or concentrating
    • Difficulty making decisions
    • Unintentional weight gain or loss
    • Feeling fatigued or weak
    • Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches
