    'Coconut Sorbet' for the kids!

    Tip - Whenever you are planning to make any fruit sorbet, always remember to use seasonal fruits that's fully ripe.

    Recipe
    Preparation time: 20‐25 mins + freezing time No cooking required
    Serves: 6‐8

    Ingredients :
    MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk 1/2 tin (200g)
    Coconut 1
    Water 4 cups
    Method :
    1. Grate coconut, add 4 cups of hot water and keep for 15 mins. Strain through muslin cloth to squeeze out coconut milk.

    2. Combine MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed combine MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed milk with coconut milk and mix well. Pour the mixture into freezing trays and freeze till set.

    3. Cut into cubes and serve frozen. Alternatively, pour into ice‐cube trays and freeze till set. Unmould cubes and serve frozen.

    Try this "Traffic Lights" recipe and make yourself and your kids happy!

    Cooking time: 20 mins Makes: 24 Bars

    INGREDIENTS
    1 tin NESTLÉ MILKMAID
    Partly Skimmed Sweetened
    Condensed Milk
    100g Butter
    6 tbsp Cocoa powder
    200g Biscuits
    Red, green and yellow candied fruit for lights

    Method:

    1. In a pan, mix NESTLÉ MILKMAID, cocoa powder and butter. Heat with constant stirring. When the mixture starts bubbling at the sides, reduce flame and cook on medium heat for 8‐10 minutes.

    2. Mix in the coarsely broken biscuits and remove from fire. Spread mixture onto a greased plate and leave it to cool.

    3. When cool, cut into 3” bars and decorate with small rounds of three different coloured candied fruit.

    Kids love pizzas and they will love it even more after you serve them this amazingly unique yet an easy to make "sweet pizza dessert''.

    Preparation time: 10 mins
    Cooking time: 15 mins
    Serves: 6

    Ingredients :

    MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk 1/2 tin ( 200g)
    Butter 1 tbsp
    Cashew nut, chopped 3 tbsp
    Raisins, halved 3 tbsp
    Almonds, chopped 3 tbsp
    Pizza base 2 (8" diameter)

    Method :

    1. Heat butter and Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk together stirring constantly, bring to a boil and remove from fire. Spread the mix evenly over the pizza bases.

    2. Sprinkle the chopped nuts and raisins over it. Bake in an oven at 2200 for 10‐15 minute or till the top becomes light brown. Serve hot.

    3. You could also use chocolate chips & walnuts OR chopped fresh fruits as toppings.

    Make this yummy Mango Cheese Cake in 3 steps which you will surely enjoy with your friends and family.

    Preparation time: 20 mins
    Cooking time: 5 mins
    Chilling time: 40 mins
    Serves: 8

    Ingredients :

    MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1 tin (400g)
    Gelatin 2 tbsp
    Water ½ cup, (75ml)
    Mango, chopped 400g
    Paneer 200g, grated
    Mango essence 1/4 tsp
    Cream 200ml

    Method :

    1. Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup water over a pan of hot water. Blend together the grated paneer, MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, dissolved gelatin and mango essence in a blender or food processor.

    2. Add mango pieces and blend for another minute, saving some pieces for decoration. Whip the cream well and gently fold into the paneer‐MILKMAID mixture.

    3. Pour into a wet mould*. Leave to set in the refrigerator, when set, unmould, cut into squares/ wedges, Decorate with mango pieces and serve.

    * Rinse the aluminium mould with cold water. Pour the water out but do not wipe. Using this wet mould will make unmoulding easier.

    Recipe - Tropical Freeze

    Preparation time: 15‐20 mins
    Chilling time: 1 hour
    Serves: 4

    Ingredients:

    NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ tin (200g)
    MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder 25g
    Cream - 1 cup
    Warm water 1 cup (150ml)
    Gelatin 1tbsp
    Egg yolks 2
    Mango/cherry essence 1 tbsp, , each
    Orange color/ red color few drops/ Fresh Mangoes / Tinned Cherries 1 (medium size), diced/ 1 cup, destoned

    Method :

    1. In a mixing bowl, whisk cream and keep chilled. Soak gelatin in 4 tsp for 5 minutes in a bowl. Dissolve gelatin by heating over a pan of water Mix in NESTLE MILKMAID, lightly beaten egg yolks, coconut milk (prepared by mixing 25g coconut milk powder in 1 cup warm water), essence, color and beaten cream.

    2. Mix well. Freeze in aluminium trays, until almost firm. Remove from freezer, beat well and fold in some destoned cherries / diced mango and refreeze until firm.

    3. Cut into cubes and serve decorated with mango pieces / cherries. Alternately, set in individual cups.

    Recipe - Mango Kulfi

    Cooking Time: 10 mins
    Makes: 10 Kulfis
    Prepration Time: 15 mins
    Freezing Time: 5 ‐6 hours

    INGREDIENTS

    ½ tin (200g) NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1 litre Milk
    1 tbsp Cornflour, dissolved in 2 tbsp milk 500 g Mango, puréed

    1. Mix the NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and milk together in a pan. Bring to boil stirring continuously, reduce the flame and cook for 10‐15 minutes stirring from time to time.

    2. Add the cornflour paste and continue to cook for 3‐4 minutes till the mixture is thick. Remove from fire and cool.

    3. When cool add the pureed mango, mix well and pour into kulfi moulds and freeze for 3‐4 hours till set.

    Remove from moulds, cut into 2 pieces and serve.

    Recipe name - Amarkhand

    Preparation time: 30 mins Serves : 6
    Chilling time: 30 mins

    INGREDIENTS
    ½ tin (200g) NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened
    Condensed Milk
    600g Curd
    2 medium (300g) Mango, peeled and mashed

    METHOD

    1. Put curd in a muslin cloth and allow to hang
    for 10‐15 minutes or keep in a strainer with
    fine mesh. Beat well till smooth to remove
    any lumps.

    2. Mix the Curd with NESTLÉ MILKMAID
    Sweetened Condensed Milk and mashed
    mango.

    3. Chill for 30 minutes and serve

    This "Key Lime Pie" is not only yummy but easy as well!
    Cook this recipe for your family/friends in just 3 steps!

    Preparation time: 20mins

    Cooking time: Nil

    Chilling time: 1-2 hrs

    Serves: 6

    Ingredients:

    MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ tin (200g)

    Low sugar biscuits 100g /15 biscuits

    Butter, melted 6 tbsp

    Lime Juice ⅓ cup (50ml)

    Fresh Cream 1 cup (150ml)

    Green colour Few drops (Optional)

    Method:

    1. Crush the biscuits finely, add the melted butter and mix well. Press this onto a greased

    shallow glass dish/loose bottom pie dish and chill for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

    2. Whisk the MILKMAID Condensed Milk and lime juice together until thick. Whip the cream till

    soft peaks form and fold into the condensed milk mixture, gently mix till combined.

    3. Pour onto the chilled biscuit layer and swirl the green colour through the mixture to get a marbled effect. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until set.

    COCONUT LADDOO:-

    Preparation time: 10 mins
    Cooking time: 15 mins
    Makes: 20 Laddoos

    Ingredients :

    MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin (400g)
    EVERYDAY Dairy Whitener 100 gm
    Fresh Coconut, grated 350 gm (5 cups)

    Method :

    1. Keep aside 1 cup of grated coconut, put MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, remaining grated coconut and EVERYDAY Dairy Whitener into a thick bottomed kadai and mix well. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

    2. Once heated, cook on a slow fire till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the kadai (approx 5 minutes), remove from fire and let it cool.

    3. Cool and roll into laddoos with oiled hands. Roll in the reserved grated coconut.

    GULAB KI THANDI KHEER

    Preparation time: 15 mins
    Cooking time: 30 mins
    Serves: 8 - 10

    Ingredients :
    MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin (400g)
    NESTLĒ Milk 2 cups (300 ml)
    EVERYDAY Ghee
    Paneer ⅓ cup (50 g) 500 g, grated & mashed
    Rose Water 2 tbsp
    Country Rose Petals, shredded 1½ cups

    Method :
    1. In a karahi, mix together half the MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, milk, paneer and ghee. Bring to a boil.

    2. Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from stove and cool to room temperature. Add the rose water and shredded rose petals and mix well.

    3. Place in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
