    Hey yoga regulara seiveengala... Nan 1 nal seiven appuram vittuduven. Dhinam seiya pazhakkam suthama illa. but will try to do it regularly. Pls suggest some simply yogas.

    Ennathu 2 perum oru nera diet plan mattum solli irukkeenga... Whole day Diet plan missing... Nan Sumathi sista complaint panna poren...

    Today's Diet

    7.00 am - 1 Glass milk
    8.30 am - breakfast (Dosa)
    9.30 am - 1 Carrot
    10.40 - Salt biscuit
    11.15 - 1 cup Tea
    12.15 pm - half apple
    1.30 - Lunch (Rice and sambar with carrot beans poriyal)
    3 to 4 - kutty sleep
    4.15 - 1 cup milk
    5.30 - Boiled white sundal
    7.00- 1 cup vegetable soup.
    8.30 - dinner (Dosa)
    9.00 - 1 cup milk
    After 10 mins of slow walking and sleep...

    veetuku ullayae ipdi naa... relatives pathi kekava venu.. ?
