    Brazil nuts Contain high amounts of Selenium which helps in decreasing the risk of developing lung,prostate and colon cancer. Just Intake of 1-2 Nuts in a day provides enough Source of Minerals.

    People who're Suffered from eczema or psoriasis, Try to include Brazil nuts in the diet.

    HOW TO INCLUDE BRAZIL NUTS IN YOUR DIET

    • Mix grinded nuts into yogurt with fruit
    • Use Brazil nut butters to spread on your favorite toast
    • Grind up into smoothies/Drinks
    • Add to stuffings and to stir fries and salads.
    • Try sprouting nuts
    • You can even add them to bread, cakes and biscuits!


    Nuts are highly concentrated, so you only take into an account to improve your health!
