    BACK PAIN

    Wheat, Coriander Powder, Cuscus Powder and Milk:

    1. Soak 60 g of wheat in water overnight
    2. Add 2 tsp coriander powder in the morning
    3. Add 2 tsp cuscus powder
    4. Blend this into a paste
    5. Take 250 ml of milk in bowl
    6. Add the mixture to the milk
    7. Boil for 20 min
    8. Eat this lukewarm

    Garlic and Coconut Oil:

    1. Garlic has pain relieving properties
    2. Take a frying pan
    3. Add 60 ml of coconut oil
    4. Add 8-10 cloves of garlic
    5. Fry this mixture till garlic turns dark brown
    6. Apply this oil when lukewarm on the affected area.

    BACKACHE

    Chili Peppers

    One of the many effectual herbs used for providing relief in backache is of Chilli Pepper and includes an active ingredient of Capsaicin. This ingredient is very beneficial in relieving various pains and is also available in the form of creams.

    Rosemary


    The leaves of this excellent herb contain various anti-inflammatory substances such as camisoles, oleanolic acid, rosmarinic acid, and ursolic acid. Rosemary tea is very helpful in providing relief for backache and many other pains.

    Ginger


    Ginger is also very effective in treating backache and is used in dry as well as fresh form. Ginger has certain anti-inflammatory properties and is very effective in improving the digestive and respiratory system. Dry Ginger is a very potent analgesic and consists of somewhat mild aspirin-like effects.

    BACKACHE
    Garlic

    This is one of the most commonly used herbal remedy for the treatment of various diseases and have several properties. It is very effective in relaxing the muscles and is an excellent source of relieving backache. Garlic is used for smooth muscle cramps as well as skeletal muscle cramps.

    Indian Ginseng


    One of the many great herbal remedies for treating backache is of ginseng and is used since long times. Indian ginseng includes several properties such as anti-stress, anti-cancer, and anti-inflammatory properties. Due to all these excellent properties, it is an awesome remedy for many other diseases.

    Peppermints


    Peppermint has certain compounds, which are very helpful in easing the tightness of the muscles, which is an important cause of backache. The natural constituent of menthol present in it is very beneficial in relieving from various pains.

    Backache is also caused due to the deficiency of vitamin D, which is found in cereals, milk, and exposure to sunlight. In the same way, yoga is an excellent way to create balance in the body and is very useful in providing strength and flexibility. Massage therapy and regular exercise are also very helpful.

    DEPRESSION

    Cardamom Seeds:

    1. Crush 3-4 cardamom seeds to powder

    2. Take tsp of this cardamom powder

    3. Add to 1 glass of water

    4. Mix well

    5. Sieve the mixture

    6. Drink 1 glass every day

    Indian Gooseberry and Nutmeg Powder:

    1. Cut, de-seed and crush 4-5 Indian gooseberries to paste

    2. Press this paste on a sieve and extract the juice

    3. Take 2 tsp of this Indian gooseberry juice

    4. Add tsp nutmeg powder

    5. Mix well

    6. Drink 2 times a day.

    1. Crush some cashew nuts to powder

    2. Take 1 tsp of cashew nut powder

    3. Add 1 cup of warm milk

    4. Mix well

    5. Drink every day


    Brahmi/Ashwagandha:


    1. Brahmi and Ashwagandha are commonly available Ayurvedic herbs

    2. Take 2 tbsp of brahmi or Ashwagandha powder

    3. Mix it in 1 glass of water

    4. Drink 2 times a day.

    WEAK MEMORY

    Cumin Powder and Honey:

    1. Take tsp cumin powder

    2. Add 1 tsp honey

    3. Mix well

    4. Have this twice a day


    Oats, Milk, Dates, Almonds and Honey:

    1. Take 1 cup oats

    2. Add 1 cup milk

    3. Add 3 chopped dates

    4. Add 3 chopped almonds

    5. Add 1 tsp honey

    6. Mix well

    7. Eat this for breakfast

    8. Follow it with an unpeeled apple
