Travel during pregnancy

hi dears

may i know, which month is safe to travel by bus or car. Presently i am in chennai, and like to go to my hometown, which is Tirunelveli. Is it safe to go by car, during 3rd month or still i have to wait for sometime.

Its not safe..but people say after 3 months you can travel..better not to travel..
even by roads there will be humps bumps..not good when your in 3rd month..


i suggest after 5 months you can travel..

try travelling by train. please avoid travel by road, that too in the early stages.

for a long travel, travelling by train is advisable.. travelling by road is not good because of bumpy roads, sudden brakes and so on and so forth... until 2nd trimester, its not safe to drive by road or should take extreme precautions while travelling by road.

yeah my doctor also suggested the same. and postponed my trip now. thanks for all your caring suggestions.
