    PCOD is Polycystic Ovarian Disease and PCOS is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

    PCOD disease eventually turns into PCOS when it manifests by increased weight gain (obesity), excessive hair growth, increased male hormone, decreased voice, hair loss (male pattern loss) and diabetes.
